When we have a growth mindset, it leads to a desire to learn and therefore a tendency to:
- Embrace challenges ([[Run at the problem]])
- Persist in the face of setbacks ([[Resilience]])
- See effort and potentially suffering as the path to mastery ([[Suffering leads to growth]])
- Learn from criticism ([[Feedback]])
- Find lessons and inspiration from the success of others
As a result, we reach ever-higher levels of growth and achievement.
